Dan Nadler

Founder & Managing Partner

Dan Nadler founded Alium Capital Partners to put his knowledge and experience acquired from private equity, consulting, financial due diligence and accounting to use to create value for lower middle market companies.

For over the past decade, Dan has worked in private equity for the family office of Mid Oaks Investments LLC Family Office.  While at Mid Oaks, Dan worked as part of a small team evaluating and executing direct private equity investments on behalf of the Family.  Dan spent considerable time working closely with portfolio companies and their management teams helping to create value.

Prior to joining Mid Oaks, Dan spent several years working at Silverman Consulting where he provided financial and management consulting services for over 25 companies ranging in size from $5 million to $2 billion in Revenue and across numerous industries.  Dan worked hand-in-hand with his clients, sometimes fulfilling interim executive roles while assisting with everything from financings to sell side and buy side advisory to strategic, operational and financial advisory.  Shortly prior to his departure, Dan was unanimously elected Partner, at the time one of the youngest partners in the firm's then 33 year history.

Earlier in his career Dan worked in consulting, financial due diligence and audit  for AlixPartners LLC, Crowe LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, with clients ranging in size from lower middle market to Fortune 500, and across numerous industries including manufacturing, consumer products, health care, education, financial and various others.

Dan graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
